Online tickets can be used any day and time that the museum is open (you are not restricted to the date printed on the ticket). Please be ready to print your tickets immediately after purchase. Discounts and passes cannot be accepted for online purchases. Tickets are transferable, and can be shared as gifts for friends and family!

You’re invited to Jump stART your visit to the Museum with a special early morning session in the Art Studio, which includes an exclusive, fun-filled art project and be one of the first to paint our NEW GIANT ROBOT for the day! Jump stART is staffed by two professional art educators who will facilitate the session providing specialized instruction and guidance. Children of all ages plus a parent/caregiver are welcome. Green Ambassadors

June 6th-10th and July 4th-8th. Come and learn the art of recycling! At the Children's Museum of Phoenix, we celebrate the idea that art can be made from just about anything. Are you familiar with our dazzling CD wall? Have you seen our sculpture made entirely from silverware? At our Green Ambassadors Camp, campers will engage their imaginations as they create art from a number of recycled products. Campers will make recycled paper, decorate flower pots, experiment with bottle cap art, and more! Campers will also gain environmental awareness through a number of earth-friendly activities including the examination of their individual carbon footprints. Green Ambassadors includes ample time for camp participants to play within all three floors of our imaginative exhibits. Other activities include: story time, talent show, and awards ceremony.

This program emphasizes simple but critical messages about early brain development and developmental milestones. Included are stories, songs, rhymes, and one-on-one parent/child playtime with brain-based learning toys and books. The program is designed to teach parents about the importance of a child's early experiences to the wiring of his or her brain in a fun, informal learning setting where play is emphasized. Children birth to 8 months old plus a parent/caregiver are welcome. Admission into the program is free with paid Museum admission. Space is limited.

June 13th-17th and July 11th-15th. Welcome to the CMoP Time Travelers agency. Campers will grab a ticket and embark upon a trip filled with interesting stops throughout history. Campers will exhibit teamwork, innovation, and resourceful problem-solving as they create self-designed time machines. Campers will visit the dinosaurs, explore ancient Egypt, and make a pit stop in the Wild West; they will also have the opportunity to examine various inventions and devise the innovative ideas that will power the future. Time Travelers Camp also includes ample time for camp participants to play within all three floors of our imaginative exhibits. Other activities include: story time, talent show, and awards ceremony.

Phoenix Public Library Present: Kindergarten Bootcamp 06/13/2016
Kindergarten Bootcamp gives parents tools, information, and activities to help prepare their child for school success in a fun, educational, and interactive setting. Bootcamp consists of six, 1-hour sessions for children who are preparing to enter kindergarten, or who have recently entered kindergarten. Under the guidance of an early literacy specialist, parents and caregivers work on foundational skills which have been demonstrated to be the most important for both a successful kindergarten and school experience.

Encouraging a "Language of Learning" 06/17/2016
One of Southwest Human Development’s literacy experts will teach parents how to explore books on different literacy levels so that they are able to make age appropriate book selections for their children. Parents will also learn to adapt a book for their child’s developmental level, and understand age appropriate book behavior. This workshop is designed for children ages birth to five plus a parent/caregiver and includes story time, an art activity, singing, and dancing. June 20th-24th and July 18th-22nd. Calling all authors! Join us as we journey into a world of imagination, creativity, magic, and possibilities. Campers will explore the museum through fairy tales, have the opportunity to create their own stories and dioramas and also utilize critical thinking and scientific reasoning skills, as well as, problem solving and teamwork to help their fairytale friends solve a number of dilemmas. Create a parachute to help Jack escape the giant, construct a raft for the Billy Goats, and more! Little Authors also includes ample time for camp participants to play within all three floors of our imaginative exhibits. Other activities include: story time, talent show, and awards ceremony.

Summertime Sleuths
Summertime Sleuths 06/27/2016 To 07/25/2016
June 27th-July 1st and July 25th-29th. Who did it? Campers will spend a week with the CMoP Detective Unit learning the science of investigation. Campers will study fingerprints, analyze handwriting, learn the science of chromatography, test observation skills, exercise deductive reasoning, examine mysterious powders and more! Our camp teams will practice teamwork and cooperation as they work together to gather evidence and solve mysteries right here at the Museum! Summertime Sleuths also includes ample time for camp participants to play within all three floors of our imaginative exhibits. Other activities include: story time, talent show, and awards ceremony.
